The Brick (bike/run bricks) nights are coached and set up to accommodate athletes of all levels.
The group rides are on open roads in Durham. They are not coached but we do split into groups of different abilities and distances. Our routes range in distances from 20km to 200km.
These full on training days are a great opportunity to get in a big overload training experience, most likely the biggest training day you have had recently. Perfect training before the outdoor season.
Run nights are coached run workouts that are pace based so that athletes of all levels will benefit from these workouts.
Winter spins are coached and based on the individual athletes fitness so that members of all levels will find the spins challenging but possible. We have music at the spins and we show race videos to help provide motivation.
Virtual Coached Yoga sessions help stretch and strengthen and round out your training to avoid injury.
